Returns & Exchanges

At The Honey Pot, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to ensure your shopping experience is as sweet as possible with a hassle-free exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with their original tags into the original shipping bag or a similar secure mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
